    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ebay will always side with the buyer because it's the easiest and quickest solution regardless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used to have a business account selling used mobile phones and had a similar experience. Buyer claimed not received, then after proof of delivery he changed it to "faulty item". To rub salt in the wound he then returned a different and very damaged phone. Ebay still sided with him, as long as they make money they don't care about sellers rights.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
