    <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not know what happened. First I got this email saying that buyer claims item not received and eBay is investigating because I used simple delivery. An hour later, I received another email saying that I need to offer a return as item not as described!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do you mean? Does that mean that sellers are not protecting against buyers’ misuse of return policy? Is that even fair?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
