As 2-10 kg was not available I had to select 'up to 15kg'</P><P>The postage was then charged at £12.35 which generated a tracked 48 label.</P><P>Buying a 2.5kg tracked 48 medium parcel direct from Royal Mail online would cost £6.80</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>When I queried this with customer service we went round in circles. They said the ebay pricing table was out of date. Then they pointed me to royalmail.com to find pricing.
