Nearly 50 items I have relisted/sell similar this afternoon and every single one I've had to trawl through menus to get "custom postage"!</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Over 10 years selling on here and never had any problems with non delivery using RM 2nd class with proof of postage.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>One particular sticking point was trying to sell a pair of shoes and it took me around 15 minutes to do it. Ebay wanted to charge £3.95 for postage using their "Simple Delivery" whereas I'll be sending it for £2.75.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>If anybody at ebay ever reads these forums, here's a tip to improve customer experience. Either provide a "Custom Postage" button/function on the initial postage info page, or have a setting in sellers preferences for permanent custom postage on all their listings.
