Thanks for the above tips sunflowers. What an absolute effing faff trying to relist stuff. Nearly 50 items I have relisted/sell similar this afternoon and every single one I've had to trawl through menus to get "custom postage"!

Over 10 years selling on here and never had any problems with non delivery using RM 2nd class with proof of postage.

One particular sticking point was trying to sell a pair of shoes and it took me around 15 minutes to do it. Ebay wanted to charge £3.95 for postage using their "Simple Delivery" whereas I'll be sending it for £2.75.

If anybody at ebay ever reads these forums, here's a tip to improve customer experience. Either provide a "Custom Postage" button/function on the initial postage info page, or have a setting in sellers preferences for permanent custom postage on all their listings. I for one will never use simple delivery and you certainly aren't making it easier for the many of us who have managed without this function for many, many years.
