It's in<BR />eBays interest to hold onto sellers money for the longest time so they can<BR />make the maximum interest on it. They are taking a cut from these couriers.<BR />What other reason do they have as they've covered refunds to sellers by<BR />holding funds until delivery.Their making scummy plans that will soon<BR />surface.
