(further down river is the barrier which looks like mini Sydney opera houses) South Dock where I am moored is just as scenic, across the river from Discovery Dock the View is something else with Canary Wharf all lit up at night(I was the electician who put the white band of light around the top of number 1 Canada square, otherwise known as the pointy thing). Nearly broke my back on friday, got of the boat toothbrush in hand and slipped on a frozen puddle on the pontoon,must remember to pee over the portside ! coots keep waking me up at first light, they do like pizza though.. do coots taste nice ?
