Hello am new to e bay ..trying do place an order it's only showing me half order to pay ....is there a limit to how many items I can buy ...thanku ..

There are activity limits for new buyers. Have you added a credit card to your ebay account? If not do that if possible and it will help. In My eBay go to Account tab, towards top left > Payment information > Payments > click on Add Payment Option.
