About to possibly lose the biggest sale I have ever had on ebay - but buyer cannot accept my offer - and no one available in Customer Service although it is only 20:45.

No phone number and "Chat" Unavailalbe!

please explain what has happened so far

it isn't normally the seller that makes the offer,

the buyer is supposed to make the offer for the seller to accept

is the buyer in a country you don't post to?

are they on your blocked bidder list?

do they have non payment strikes?

are they trying to convince you that they can't buy through ebay so you need to deal outside of ebay?

@scotavia Oh noooo. Looked around PCN- Penalty charge notice in UK. So many **lead page not encrypted enough, 11 kid with quite crazy algorithm may break such an RSA. I got NordVPN. Regard
