Who is this actress?

Hi i have been staring at this for days trying to figure out who she is or more what tv programme a remember her from, i'm going blind can anyone help me out as to who she is as i recognise her but can't put a name or programme to her.

I know you have probably had the answer already, but I had to do some research for my own curiosity.

So just in case you never found out her name is name is Mary Tamm. She was in Dr Who and played Romanadvoratrelundar or Romana for short.
