I have just listed a book and it automatically did a buy it now and charged me. It shouldnt automatically do this as you dont always notice. Have tried phoning to query but nobody taking the calls anymore. I know the problem is Covid, but there should still be somebody to help even in these trying times

sellers are supposed to thoroughly check their listings before clicking the 'list with displayed fees' button,

any fees you are being charged are shown BEFORE you click the button.
