topic Incorrect Charges on Vehicle Listing in Selling Tools

Hello,

I am writing regarding the outstanding fees mentioned in your email.

I would like to clarify that I only listed the vehicle once. I am not sure how the listing remained active or was re-listed after it expired, as I did not manually re-list it. This appears to be an error on the system side.

Additionally, when I originally listed the car, I was informed that I would not be charged unless the car was sold. The vehicle has not been sold, so I am unsure why these fees have been applied.

I would appreciate it if you could please review this matter and clarify how these charges were generated.

Thank you for your assistance.

Kind regards.

The listing for your car ended with a winning bidder. If they did not proceed with the purchase you should have completed a non-payment case.

This is a member forum, not eBay. You should contact eBay in the morning and ask them to check the fees you owe. You can ask them to call you from here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5190
