The eBay BOT is easily confused. Contact customer services and they should help. You just need to speak to a 'human'.

Hi

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had listings removed recently. Ebay has removed 7 of my tree of life keyring listings because...

Recalled and other unsafe products aren't allowed on eBay.

The ACCC is concerned the LED pet ball you sell may not meet the requirements of the mandatory safety and/or information standards for products containing button batteries. The product may liberate button batteries through reasonably foreseeable use or misuse. We recommend you take immediate action to address this issue. This may include ceasing supply, removing the listing(s) from eBay and initiating a product recall.

Bit of a head scratcher lol

My dog used to destroy all his toys.

I can see this would break the ball into pieces which might be swallowed or a child might pick it up and eat it.

At a glance the sixpence mountings do look like button cell batteries even though they're nothing of the sort; quite how eBay confused those keyrings with a dog toy is anybody's guess unless it was a decision made by AI. Even weirder the UK has pretty strict product safety guidance regarding button cell batteries but the notice you received refers to Australia's equivalent of Trading Standards & CMA.
