    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to let you know, Evri do now reach out and let you know if an item is damaged, in fact, they sometimes let you know if it is running behind. Not always, as there are people with items "out for delivery" for 14 days, but sometimes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm thinking the buyer made a simple mistake of clicking on the wrong item. It was probably originally the top tracking number, but once you sent your item it was bumped down the list. It would have helped if they had explained the error but, people gonna people. Hopefully they'll leave you an extra nice feedback for causing you extra hassle but, again, we're talking about people.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
