topic Does the "Excluded Destinations" list in policies override any excluded destinations in listings? in Business Seller Board https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Business-Seller-Board/Does-the-quot-Excluded-Destinations-quot-list-in-policies/m-p/7964744#M340654 Can anyone enlighten me?  I have GPSR cover that includes all paper products (mostly what I sell), but does not cover other items (CDs etc) which I sell less of. When I set up these listings I exclude all of Europe on each listing. But I just sold a CD to Germany and when I looked several of my listings had "lost" their exclusion to Europe.  Is the Postal Policy (which only excludes Russia, Belarus & Italy) overriding the listing exclusion? Surely it shouldn't do that - I need to be able to exclude some of my items from sale into Europe, while keeping most of them still available to Europe (which is a good percentage of my sales).  Can anyone from eBay confirm or deny this??  Sun, 30 Nov 2025 10:11:59 GMT billythecardy 2025-11-30T10:11:59Z
