Ebay have collected a 'Sales Tax' on this order and taken the tax at point of sale. So the packing slip states 'in accordance with the State Law' I'm reading this as a California tax, not the import tariff, The latest (28/08) Ebay guidelines  <UL><LI>If shipping with your own carrier service, consider using a commercial carrier that can handle US customs clearance</LI></UL>EG - A courier that can process the tax as Ebay are not processing this tax My questions 1. Presuming the US Tariff will still have to be collected on top of the Sales Tax, is this correct2.
