I've just added an option to 'upgrade' to 1st class on all my large letter listings and the EDDs are exactly the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Why exactly will a customer pay extra for 1st class if this is what eBay are showing them (and refuse to acknowledge that there's anything wrong with this)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's 15:40 on 28th July and there's a &lt;EM&gt;very&lt;/EM&gt; minute chance that this order will arrive on July 30th even if sent 1st class, with practically zero if sent 2nd class.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Whatsthepoint.jpg" style="width: 476px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/132804iB5EB02F472CAAAF2/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Whatsthepoint.jpg" alt="Whatsthepoint.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
