Refunds with Evri post.

I sent an item by Evri post two weeks ago and this morning received a message from eBay that the buyer had been refunded, for what reason I’ve no idea, and also I won’t receive it back. I’ve no idea what was wrong with it. Anyone else experienced this.

If you sent it with Simple delivery and the buyer either claimed it was not received (and tracking shows it wasn’t) or it arrived damaged, eBay take over and refund the customer but you keep the funds.

that being said, without knowing why it was refunded it’s hard to say what’s happened. You should be able to see cases in your order history.
