topic Label not generating in Postage

Label not generating

I’ve tried to get a label for an item I recently sold but I keep getting the error message “Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label.” Still no fix as of right now and I’ve been trying all day to try get my label sorted but to no avail

I had this earlier but it worked later this afternoon. Can only suggest you try again later tonight or in the morning. If still no luck you could either buy postage yourself, or cancel/refund the transaction with buyer's agreement, enable all couriers in your postage preferences and then relist for the buyer to buy again.

The labels are still not generating so what’s going on with them? I got items that need dispatching but I can’t get the labels at all and it keeps on saying the same error all the time
