I requested to return an item i purchased that doesn't fit. I usually use Evri and expected to get a QR code but there doesn't seem to be that option and the address is in China and the return cost nearly as much as i paid. Where do i go from here

Please provide a few more details. Is it a Business Seller or a Private Seller? Did you purchase the item from the UK?
