May I add to good Callback advice? When you send with tracked service - both Simple Delivery and Custom Postage - eBay counts any undelivered/refused items as 'delivered'. So your job was done! If the Buyer had tried to open and INR case, then eBay would have found against them automatically (they go by tracking).

That said, most good Sellers who receive an item back in original condition will refund the Buyer the item price less postage/fees as a courtesy. Or give the Buyer a chance to pay for redelivery - usually after correcting their address or choosing a different courier - again as a courtesy. If the Buyer doesn't understand eBay policy, then add them to your Blocked List.

Evri Non-delivery

I posted an order using Evri on 24th February but instead of delivering it to the recipient they posted it back to me.

There wasn't even any message from them as to why this happened. I spent 3 days waiting for their reply.

I had to pay again out of my own pocket for royal mail to deliver it.

I contacted them through the Resolver service to ask them for a refund of the original postage cost however they have refused this and told me to contact eBay about it.

Thing is I can't find any way to contact eBay customer service regarding this issue.

Are there any suggestions please.

IAssuming you used Simple Delivery if the buyer had opened a "not received" case ebay would have refunded their money and you will have kept the payment.

I doubt ebay will refund the postage but you can request a callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5190
