This month we received 11 emails informing us about additional charges for our shipments.

We provided photos of our parcels on the scale and now were asked to submit photos with a visible measuring tape from three sides, which makes the process much more complicated and time-consuming.

After sending all the required photos, including those with the measuring tape, we received a reply stating that their measurement equipment is fully calibrated and that there is no possibility of an error on their side.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Any advice would be appreciated.
Also, since eBay works so closely with this courier, could @eBay possibly look into this situation?
