I booked a home collection on Wednesday and Royal Mail failed to come. Dismayed, I drove to a locker that evening and was pleased to offload about 10 items. I drove away thinking what a great service. Sadly though it seems like they have now been delayed by a further two days so I’m contacting customers to apologise. So odd as the locker was right outside a sorting office! Also I discovered after they are only meant to be emptied once a day at 4pm. This seems disappointing to me, why not empty parcel lockers two or three times a day especially when right outside a sorting office. Feeling very cheesed off with Royal Mail
