    <description>To be honest, you don't really need to know the other costs. If you are offering free postage, then you pay the UK side of the postage to the UK handling centre in the midlands. At purchase the buyer (in whatever country) is told the extra he has to pay for the onward journey plus any taxes / tariffs etc. Your responsibility also ends once it reaches the handling centre. EBay's responsibility takes over from there. So, a RM small parcel would be £3.50 (ish) and you send it to the GSP handling centre and off it goes.</description>
