topic To Sellers who have used Yodel the past week in Postage

Has anyone else been affected by Yodel’s ongoing issues? Since last week, they’ve been experiencing major delays but at no point did they make sellers aware they were switching over companies. Because of this, I’ve had endless cases opened against my business every single day.

Parcels sent out last week are still stuck in transit, and with eBay’s timeframes for cases, I feel completely stuck. I’m having to now consider issuing constant refunds to keep my account safe, even though the problem lies entirely with Yodel.

To make matters worse, Packlink have told me I must wait 30 days after raising a complaint for any investigation to be completed. That leaves sellers like me with no protection and huge losses in the meantime.

I feel completely let down, both by Yodel’s lack of communication and the lack of immediate support for sellers dealing with the fallout.

What is everyone else doing?
