I went there to collect and they said I needed the barcode sent to me (but i havent been sent a barcode). They wouldnt accept my ID and said i needed the barcode etc (which i dont have?). How do i get this barcode ?. Ive called ebay and they couldnt help, royal mail queue was too long to wait on the phone.
