    <description>&lt;P&gt;Many thanks today at 8:30am UK time I logged an online complaint / incident with Evri via their chatbot and I requested that all correspondence be conducted via e-mail only. I got an incident reference code via e-mail and that's all.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But today Tuesday 23 Sep 2025 there have been no updates from Evri for this parcel and certainly no more 'out for delivery messages' either via the eBay tracking or the Evri tracking side. So I'm guessing they're looking into it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
