    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. That is what it meant, apparently, but it was not entirely clear to me, nor was that the way it was expressed when previous buyers bought things and asked to use InPost. In effect, buyer payers whatever, since I chose that, but if they choose simple delivery I am asked to 'print label', whereas if they choose, for example, InPost, I am asked to 'purchase label', since for some reason the money for postage is credited to me, not to the postage, and then 'I pay' out of funds. As I say, not entirely clear to an occasional user, but all is well that ends well and thank you very much for clarification!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
