topic Seller being asked to pay postage when buyer has already paid in Postage

I always ask buyer to pay postage. Today I made a new sale, with postage pre-paid by buyer, but instead of allowing me to simply print the label to post, ebay is asking me to pay from my funds. Not clear to me if 'my funds' includes the pre-paid postage (which seems odd) or whether the postage will end up being paid twice. This is new and totally confusing. Should I 'pay'? Or is this an ebay fault?
