It seems sly and dishonest to rely on RM either not noticing or caring that you've sent a double piano stool not a small soft toy. We shouldn't have to risk RM demanding the excess postage before the item is handed over. Imagine trying to keep track of what's happening with non-deliveries, payments, unfair feedback etc. I regretfully think I'm out after 26 years of positive feedback. I'm 76 and don't take well to change and muddles not of my making.
