&lt;P&gt;Once you post the item with the ecp code included on the address on the postage label you need to make sure the tracking is added to the order. This tracking should then update to show once it is delivered.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When the store accepts the package and scans the code the buyer then gets an email/text with a code so they can collect the item.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the buyer opens an item not received case and you as the seller have the proof of tracking on the order to show the item was delivered then you are protected.&lt;/P&gt;
