    <description>&lt;P&gt;Seller shouldn't wait for their&amp;nbsp;refund - that can take 14-30 days!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you, the buyer, paid for postage, you will be the one that gets the refund. I had a buyer buy 2 items that could have been sent together under one label. So I used the one label, told them they may/should get a refund for the other postage label, but it may take a while. It took 30 days exactly, which is ridiculous &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
