&lt;P&gt;Obviously, this is not your selling account so I don't know what volume of sales you are talking about.&amp;nbsp; However, commenting on my own, personal experience, I am not sure that items getting lost in the post is a big issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This year to date, I have had zero INR cases.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Last year, I had one from 198 orders.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
