Bad request error when signing onto Ebay.co.uk

I'm getting this messsage when I try to log into ebay.co.uk from Chrome.

Bad request

please contact your administator with the error code 0.9ec35068.1677750268.174302af

I can log in from another laptop using chrome

I can log in from the same laptop using MS Edge.

I've tried to resolve by clearing cache, extensions, and DNS flush with reboot.

I've also refreshed the chrome browser and updated to the latest version

Using Windows 10 Home editition V21H2

I always get the same error message - how can I fix this ??

If you post in Discussion > Technical Issues you may receive a quicker reply.

Windows 10 will be unsupported in a few weeks. It's good to be able to solve common errors with programs like this. When a similar error happened to me, I googled it. Lots of techie people give instructions and YT videos to help overcome common problems.

Suggest --- Not bought for 6 months or not sold for more than a year and there have been a number of changes when now using eBay --- possible that a sudden flurry of purchases over the last month has alerted eBay and is triggering buying limits as below --- having a payment method on file often helps >
