Paid Seller by PayPal, no item listed as being ordered

I ordered an item and paid by PayPal which is listed in my PayPal account. However the item I ordered is not shown as a purchase on eBay account. Scam. I got in contact with eBay Customer Services with a different eBay account but they won't deal with it on that account and asked me to contact them with the other account. I cannot get anywhere except nonsense with chat bot. How do I sort this please?

Is it possible you bought it whilst not signed in? If that were the case, you would have bought it as a guest and it wouldn't be connected to your account, but the payment still would be taken. Did you receive an order confirmation email? Does your account name appear anywhere on there?

I would definitely contact them on the account you believe you used to buy the item. It's the only way they can access it to see if something has gone wrong.

Thank you. I found an email on my Gmail account saying delivery would be by 9 June but it does not show item ordered on my eBay account. Does this mean I must wait until 9th June to see if it arrives?

That's good. At least there's some form of email confirmation. Was the email from eBay, PayPal, or the courier? Is there any sign of a tracking number? It could arrive before the 9th, that will just be an estimate. It could arrive before the 9th, or a couple of days after, depending on how busy the courier is and the fact there's a weekend just before it. If it's coming from China, it will be a good bit longer.

When did you order it? If it was in the last few days, you're good to wait.

I'd give it until at least the 11th or 12th of June to arrive, and if not, then come back on here for advice on how to proceed.
