I am a new seller to eBay. I have had some of my listing up for over 2 months and they barely have any views. Does anyone know how to have more views on the eBay listings?

eBay have changed the way their viewing counter works. This will now only show views from the past 30 days. So if you are new, it will take some time for this to build up

eBay inform us that this now more accurately reflects views from real potential buyers by filtering most machine and bot views.

This fully explains this new change to the viewing counter.

It is very difficult to get views because of ebays algorithms. They want you to have to pay to promote. What I do is end a listing that doesn't seem to be getting views and then sell similar to put it back up. Then delete the original from the unsold list. It can help to fill in as many specifics for the listing that you can and have good photos.

I would add that it's a good idea to look at sold listings of what you are selling so you get a good idea of price the item sells at on average. And look at similar items to yours currently listed so you can undercut them 😉
