No there is a Call back link under Contact us. Most problems can be solved by asking on here or by entering your question into Help and Contact at the top of page.

No done that and it does not work. ebay chat says it's closed. In fact
I've tried everyway possible and it kust isn't happening

Having an impossible task trying to sort a query out with ebay. I was refunded by a seller. It says he refunded me to paypal (I don't have a paypal account! Ebay said I have received the refund into my bank account. They haven't. There is just no way I can get this query answered on ebay. When I contacted their 'chat now' it tells me it is closed

EBay gets stupid options by computer and then hanging up calls. Even those options not on their help page

Don't think they want phone calls so very frustrating when we have to
continue to click on so many things and still can't find any answers

How did you pay, because refunds go back to original payment source, and it's not always instant.

Once eBay notify you the refund is made, being processed, then it's not instantly returned to you, and does go back to original payment source.

If you paid with PayPal it goes back to your PayPal account fairly swiftly.

Paying with a debit / bank card? Can take up to 12 days to appear back in your bank account.

Credit card payment? This takes the longest, up to 30 days to appear back in the card account used.

I have the same problem it's a laptop for £297 problem is this laptop this seller is selling is miss selling I have told eBay they have agreed with me but eBay don't want to know
