We will try to help but as @ruby*tuesday says cannot see anything. What has gone wrong and why has eBay restricted you?

If it is a permanent restriction there is nothing you can do.

Restrictions are put on for various reasons. Listing violations is one. Not dealing with problems quickly is another and there are many others I'd guess!
