cannot reply to seller message / cannot get return label

If I try to reply to my seller about a return the message system will not activate the 'send message' button.

If I try to just print off the return label she generated the screen goes to an alomst blank page with 'technical error' at the top.

Both are true if done on bile tablet or desktop.

How can I get this return sorted?

Has the return label been generated/supplied through an open eBay case ?? ... (do not allow the Seller to run you out of time for a suitable case ... to and fro email messages will not do !.) ... open an appropriate formal eBay case within the 30 day timescale from delivery, follow the instructions carefully, escalate to eBay on 'day 9' and continue to completion ... you may need a PC/Laptop to do so ... ignore any seller excuses !.
