How do I upload documents on the site uploader? Keep getting error message 'no documents exist'

I'm trying to upload soem documents - correct size <2MB, correct format jpeg, select correct document type et -, to the site uploader link i was sent by eBay customer support. However each time I do it and press the upload button, I get the error nessage 'no documents exist' and that I must go back to step one and upload my documents.

I do this and the same thing happens.

I've tried on both explorer and Chrome browser but get the same thing.

Is there a simple fix I'm missing?

I have contacted customer support and asked but they just send me a stock answer and the same link out again!

Ebay are nightmare to communicate with unless they're making money! I'm trying to upload a document to prove they took seven hundred pound out of my bank for no reason and it's a bloody nightmare i have better things to do with my life than this
