Now I know how clever and patient you folks are so before I head off to the techie board I thought I'd ask in here.

Whenever I try to post on the boards or even just click on a thread all I get is this popping up, have cleard cookies and browsing history but not very clued up on what else to do.

am running windows xp

also when this appears you can't click no only yes and still appears everytime you move to another thread

By the way please explain in computer numpty terms for me :^O

CD that link really helped, seems to have solved the problem (fingers crossed) with the pop up but still running very slowly on the boards.

Do you use CCleaner? http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/features

Might be an idea to run that?

Are you using IE Stan? Try Chrome. It's a lot quicker in my experience.
