get a pair that fits, I used to wear clogs all day, every day and loved them.

I used to wear them, I found them very comfortable.
Mine were made by scholl so they are made to contour your feet which is far more comfortable than cheaper flatter pairs.

I agree those are a little too small for you. If your heel is hanging over the back that is bound to do your feet more harm than good.
I think the colour is wrong for the rest of your outfit, black perhaps would be more appropriate unless you go for a more nude colour stocking. 🙂

The Dutch wear them with several pairs of thick socks, at least the people on the Dutch/German border did when we lived over there and took the dog to their kennels when we were going on holiday!
