    <description>&lt;P&gt;They do "block feedback" by not allowing you to leave any if you got a refund. &amp;nbsp;It seems strange that this mixup would happen, however. &amp;nbsp;If it's that important to you to leave the "good seller" feedback, you could try calling customer service, but I'm assuming that one additional positive feedback isn't all that important to the "good seller", so personally, I'd just move on and not waste my time. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Feedback wrongly blocked by eBay</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently ordered an item which never appeared, tracking data was rubbish, eBay investigated and refunded in full. I then ordered the same item from a different seller, and that all went fine. However eBay have blocked feedback for the good seller, and left it open on the bad one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I communicate this to them?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
