Christmas adverts.

There have been several threads before about our favourite christmas TV ads, but which ones do you hate.

My vote goes to V.I.Poo. The advert in its self is totally gross but to suggest people give it as a christmas present is beyond belief.

Darn it Maz I'll have to take your pressie back now...

I can't see that the John Lewis ad is anything more than a promotion of Elton John himself.

Also I don't get why the coke truck is so Christmassy...what's festive about a brown fizzy drink that's consumed all year round...?

I t enrages me to think they’re paying him , a multi millionaire so much to what is no more than self promotion.

If I had ever shopped there or even set foot in their shops I wouldn’t ever again.😁😁😁😁

Don't you like sprouts Al ? Walkers have made brussels sprout flavoured crisps, so I've got some for the grandkids . I can't be the only one who likes sprouts.

I do not see many ads (none online)

I record most programs, so fast forward throught the ads

Yes Al, it's an old one but they've tacked a new bit on the end where she's got loads of them lined up as presents and runs through the list of who they're for as she's faded out.

Talking about sprouts ! Al you have an exemption certificate for this.

If you have not had them cooking for at least a fortnight now,

You are too LATE ! They will not be cooked enough to be edible Christmas Day.
