Didnt see it happen, but I heard it. It certainly went with a bang.&nbsp; How the driver managed to tip it over, I dont know, unless the load of rubbish shifted and made the weight uneven.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>In an earlier article, it did say that the driver was unhurt, so that is something.
