I have heard a few people say the same, so on that limited basis, you may not be alone.

Just to point out that you may get more of a response on the boards here to cover buying and selling. So buyer central, if you click on discussion boards on the left.

Problem Transactions

I've been an Ebay member for over 10 years and although I amnoty a huge user I do have feedback short of 500positives.

In the first 8 years I never had occasion to raise an issue with a seller. Up until that time I had found every transaction to be of an acceptable level. In the last couple of years I seem to have had to raise issues in the resolution centre more and more. Not as described- bits missing - broken etc. etc. My latest transaction was sold as having a hard case to keep the item in. When it arrived there was no hard case. I e-mailed the vendor and was asked to photograph the problem part and e-mail the to them. Call me stupid if you want but How can I photograph a bit I have not got.

Is it me or are other Ebay users starting to find that the level of service / or quality of goods sold is getting less and less?
