Sounds like civil war but then I sympathise with health service workers who battle day in day out to deal with the greater british public and their daily bouts of hypochondria, now termed "Health Anxiety" Only this week a patient complained vehemently about having to wait three hours to be seen in A&E, her illness? She was suffering from Dandruff.
