Thanks for the suggestion Petal. I've checked the box and it has saved it as a preference but I still don't have the HTML option in the reply box on here. So I think maybe that only applies to emails.

On mine, the HTML option is just above the reply box.

I don't have html options, or anything at all above the reply box, but I use an iPad, and I expect this site is only fully compatible with Microsoft, not Apple

What have you ticked on this Page, JD Link & Lynda

Click on your ID name (top left below coloured ebay logo ^^ up there) ,

then click on settings

to get to this page of options

I tried a variety of settings around rich text and html, but there is no difference
