A few weeks ago I got a laptop that was Chinese or Japanese or from some other forgein country.

I managed to get it locked.

Why you ask?

I dunno. I just did.

The ptoblem is my big bro wants it but I cannot remember hhow I locked it.

It was a several didget number and I cant rememvber what the number was.It was a several digit number bt I cat reeber it.

I cat reember how much it cost me bt he would have bought it from me if I could remember the number.

HHeck! my memory is reet bad.

Ive given hin several numbers that mean something to me but none of the ones I gave would unlock the laptop.

I tghink he may still buy it from me but we cant work out a price.

Oh! it was a windows 8 model.

Stupid me for forgetting.

Can anyone give me a sencible price I may get from him.

It is a NEW laptop but a locked laptop so I doubt I'll get much outta him

Ring a local computer shop and ask them how much it would be to re-install Windows,then knock that off the price you paid for it and flog it to your brother,or tell your brother how much it would cost and let him do it

Thanx joe but me bro dont work due to ill health and he's so good to me. He sorts my puter out if I ake a mess of y puiter which is often but he cant sort out this forgeinese laptop. If I sell it on to him he'll take it to pieces if he cant get it sorted but thats a waste of a laptop.
