A group of dim chavs constructed a home-made ejector seat. One, obviously dimmer than the rest, volunteered to test it and ended up with a broken back.

There was a similar thing using an airbag on the TV programme "The Science of Stupid".

You Tube is full of videos showing idiots doing things where the potential for a nasty ending are painfully obvious beforehand.

Did you never do anything stupid as a teenager Sir A?

When I think back on some of the pranks I was involved in as a youngster, (including, but not limited to, making homemade fireworks, synthesising LSD and replacing light bulbs with strips of aluminium foil), I sometimes wonder how I survived!
