The eBay Community is a meeting-point for eBay members to ask questions and exchange advice and tips with each other. Here, you’ll find many features such as the Answer Center, Discussion Boards, and Groups - all built with you in mind so you can connect with fellow buyers and sellers who share your interests and passions. Be aware that this is a peer-to-peer support Community; eBay does not provide direct customer support to you via these boards.

If you are new to the eBay Community, taking a look at our community guidelines, such as the Discussion Boards Usage Policy and the Community Content Policy, is a great way to start. Knowing what is and is not allowed will be very helpful as you connect with other eBay Community members.

Most importantly though, we hope you enjoy taking part in your Community and we're glad you're here!

Discussion Boards Usage Policy
Members who want to post to an eBay discussion board, in a Group, or in the Answer Center must follow the discussion boards usage policies outlined in the guidelines section on our Discussion Boards Usage Policy page.

Community Content Policy
We offer a wide variety of forums, including Reviews, Guides, member-created product descriptions, and more, giving you access to factual information, personal opinions about products, and guidance on various topics and allows you to publish your opinions and content on our site. To learn more about the types of content you can and cannot post, please visit the Community Content Policy page.
